- The 30% Deposit Bonus Promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is organized by Saracen Inc (hereinafter the “Company”).
- By opening a trading account under this Promotion, the client acknowledges that he has read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as to the Company Trading Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion is offered at the discretion of Saracen Markets to any amount of the first deposit made and for each of any further deposits, by new and verified clients of Saracen Markets.
- This promotion shall be in force for the period starting on the 1st of February 2023 until further notice (hereinafter the “Bonus Period’). Saracen Markets reserves the right to extend the period at its own discretion.
- To participate in this promotion, client must be of 18 years of age and/or above and verified.
- To participate in this promotion, the client must open a new live trading account under the category 30% Deposit Bonus account type of Bonus – Pro Account (hereinafter “Bonus Account” or “Account”) in his Traders Area.
- The bonus (hereinafter the “Bonus”) is calculated as 30% of the first deposit of any amount and any further deposits with a maximum available bonus to each client of a total of $600 USD.
- The Bonus is a 30% of the deposited sum and can be received when the client deposits his account via depositing system in his Traders Area.
- The Bonus can ONLY be received when the Client deposits into his Bonus Account. There is no other way to get this bonus including through internal transfer.
- The Bonus credited into the Account, by the Company, are in the form of non-withdrawable, non-transferable trading credit (hereinafter the “Trading credit” or “Credit”).
- The Bonus will be credited to the Bonus Account after the relevant deposit has been received and shall be available for trading purposes only.
- This bonus supports your position as long as your equity has not Stopped Out.
- Every profit generated from Bonus Account can be withdrawn at any duration of time.
- When a Client makes a withdrawal from their Account, the Credit will be fully removed.
- If the Account is stopped out, the Credit will be cancelled.
- Only ONE Bonus Account is permitted to one person per household. Participants are not allowed to register using the data of a family member such as, brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants, acquaintances, or any other person/entity. If the Company suspects that a person has registered for the Bonus Account using the name and/or registration data (including but not limited to IP address, email address, telephone number, physical address, utility bill etc.) of another family member taking part in the Bonus Account promotion, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Credit, without any prior notice. Any attempt to manipulate or attempt to get the bonus using multiple identities or registration will not be tolerated.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time and without prior notice, to reject offering the promotion to any applicant or to cancel the Bonus Account of any client, if it determines, at its absolute discretion, that such action is reasonable and/or necessary.
- Saracen Markets employees, service providers, associates and/or their family members are not eligible to claim the Bonus Account.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion(s).
- The Client agrees that by entering this Promotion, they consent to the Company processing any personal information which they provide while registering and or participating in the Promotion. The information is collected and processed between Saracen Markets related entities and only to such an extent which is necessary to administer and run the Promotion. Each Client has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, but such a withdrawal may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the Promotion.
- The Company may request additional documentation for the Client before or during their participation in the Promotion and the Client is obliged to provide the requested documentation. Failure to do so may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the Promotion.
- Clients who provide incorrect or fraudulent details during the account opening process will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion.
- Failure to abide by any of the terms above, or any of the Company’s general trading terms, may result in the immediate cancellation of both any illicit profits that may have been generated and the credit.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequences of any trading credit cancellation or decline, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.
